An urban yoga & art oasis on the edge of nyc, in the heart of Fort Lee

A path to enlightenment that winds back 5,000 years to its origins in India, yoga is as much about working with your mind as it is about working your body. Yes, it promotes physical fitness, weight loss, and greater health and vitality, to be sure. But the real promise of yoga is an overall ease and sense of well-being that touches every part of our lives. It gives us the strength and clarity to deal with whatever challenges come our way.

In practice, yoga can take many forms. From the serene seat of meditation to the intense, athletic workout of a power class, yoga has something to offer everyone. Each class is designed to build your strength and
flexibility, while simultaneously inspiring peace and tranquility. Classes focus on you—working through a series of postures, called asanas, performed either sitting, standing, or lying down, with concentration on alignment and breathing.

There is no pressure or competition to push yourself into a pose. Instead, what you can do is what you should do.

While practicing indoors allows for a steady practice and lots of conveniences, yoga practice is meant to be outdoors, and so are we. Our community is all about celebrating life in its full radiance, through a connection with nature and through yoga - the union of mind, body and soul.  So, in addition to our regular classes at the studio, we try to schedule whenever possible yoga in the park, stand-up paddle board (SUP) yoga, hiking meditation and other outdoor events.

We are also very serious about play, creativity and exploration and are totally into Glowga (think radiant beings flowing in the blacklight) and anything that helps you be more creative, more in the flow or supports the arts!

We started as a pop-up yoga studio in 2014, running primarily event-based through MeetUp.  In 2017, we found our permanent home at 209 Main Street, Fort Lee, NJ and now offer several yoga classes each day. We frequently update our schedule and create new events to serve our community better, so make sure you join our mailing list and follow us on Facebook and Instagram!

We proudly serve and support the communities of the towns of Fort Lee, Edgewater, Englewood Cliffs, Englewood, Ridgefield, Ridgefield Park, Leonia, Palisades Park, North Bergen, West New York, Weehawken, the larger Bergen County and NYC Metro Area. Our events and workshops, including Glowga, draw crowds from all across the country and even internationally.
